I'm sure you've probably looked at some kind of reference for the drapery part, but I'm wondering if you can push the folds more? you can try giving it more weight and form like this sculpture by donatello: http://www.art-prints-on-demand.com/kunst/donatello/prophet_habakkuk_lo_zuccone_hi.jpg
Something seems wrong with the normal map on the top of the column. And make the drapery more fluid like Kevan suggested. The character at this point looks too cartoony on his chest

Looking good. I think the characters head is a little too small.
